What Gene says! Tires need the cushioning that AIR provides to keep from pounding the tractor and operator apart, and cutting into soft ground due to lack of floatation. A top-quality sealant is much less expensive than foam (been there, felt that) and saves on repairs and back surgeries.

I have the same problem, Checked into the foam. Cost about $80 Per 600-16. I am thinking of doing that the next flat I have. The place I found to do it is a truck tire center.

Flat tires on what? A tractor, truck? What's causing the flats?

I have a thorn problem. I'm using a NAPA product for tube and tubless tires called Amerseal. It costs about $8.00 to $16.00 per tire, depending on size. Costs about $36.00 per gallon. Works great.

Get some take-off airplane tires from Gensco in Texas. They're about 20 ply or something. No more thorn problems and they are THICK. The down side is you're not supposed to run them over 225 mph. Ya I know, that's a bummer, but ya gotta make sacrifices. Harley

Yeah, I put some 20 plys on a forklift. Its almost like using solid rubber tires.
