Interesting question. If you have the bowl, try it. If you don't, buy a new one, they are too cheap to put on an old one with hard seals and a warped lip.

They should interchange as Rusty says.

All of the Ms and Hs I have been around used the same sediment bowl.

To the best of my knowledge, there are Possibly three bowls used. A short bowl that is the same diameter as H/M bowls. The Longer Bowl used on Letter and many number series and others, and a smaller diameter used on some powerplants and stationary gas engines. (this is just from memory, nor a book) JimN
