I have an IH 434 with a front loader, which I want to use only intermittently. It is easy to release but I want to buy or construct a safe stand to store the front loader when not in use. Was a stand ever manufactured? if not, any ideas would be welcome
thanks

Alan: Jim is right, swing set or any like structure. Pick a level spot, meanest thing that can happen is one side low when go to put it back on. I always liked a concrete floor, usually parked the loader in shop where tractor usually sat. I had a set of rope blocks, hooked to ceiling, pulled it tight and parked tractor in loader every night, back about 2' from pining up.

I would look into a used swing set. Replacing the top pipe with a 2" schedule 40 just long enough to clear the sides, and adding some braces. Then chain up the loader to drive away from it without interference. Shortening the legs might make it even more compact. (depends on your muffler location) JimN
