Do they make mounting hardware for hydraulic hoses. I need some way to mount 1/2" hydraulic lines on appx 3 inch pipe so that abrasion doesnt ruin the hoses? TSC and the local hardware store had nothing.

I was referring to keith-or. Those are protectors, from what i can tell, but not mounts. I will look into the adell clamps and see what i can find.
Thanks guys.

I appreciate the info keith, but I'm on a budget of $0 for this thing and I keep going overbudget as it is (=P). I like the idea of the garden hose.
I will probably make something, dunno, wondering how they are mounted on stock loader setups.

Jay, I had no idea the cost of those things, I haven't used any myself either.

Here is how the hoses are attached to the old Deerborne loaders. It is 5 inches long, made to go around 2 1/2 pipe. Made out of 3/16 by 3/4 inch strap.HTH

Adell clamps. They're rubber coated metal clamps, sort of like a conduit clamp but make a complete circle when closed. Do a Google search. I've also seem something similar at NAPA to use for cable clamps.

I used conduit straps and self tapping screws.

You can slit a garden hose lengthwise and wrap it around the hydraulic hose, and then use plastic wire ties or even wire to hold the hoses in place.

Abrasion takes a LONG time to damage a hose. If you wear through the rubber covering you have another rubber liner then stainless steel wire to rub through.

You could use large wire ties to hold the hose in place or plumber's tape (soft perforated strap).

If you can fabricate something you can bend strap in a double ended spoon or question mark shape and use two straps to clamp the pipe and hose with a bolt in the middle.
