I just replaced the right rear rim on my H with a 10" wide rim the tire size is 11.2 x 38. Come to find out the left side rear rim is a 9" rim. Is this going to cause me problems with two different width rims on the same tractor?

Thanks for your help
Carl from Michigan

11.2 has a 10 inch tread. IH typically recommended a tread width one inch wider than the rim. So your 11.2 fits as it should on the 9 inch rim. Also should be no problem with the 10 inch on the other side.

I have been running them mixed like this on one of my H tractors till I get two that match. I cannot tell any "operational" difference.

Please email me at Twindsor@aol.com. I need to talk to you a moment.

I doubt you will notice the difference.

Slowly Keith, slowly. It will feel a lot better when it quits hurting. I potter around but don't get much done. And I rest a lot.
