This past weekend I spend 3 days at the Western Minnesota Stream Thrashers reunion in Rollag, Mn. What a huge show. There were maybe 1500-2000 Tractor, over 100 Steam tractors, hundreds of gas motors, 3 saw mills, about a dozen big steam stationay engines and over 90 buildings. They even had a old stream train running a loop around the grounds. They fetured case this year and was lots of nice red around. They had an exibit of an incline ramp that was done in the early 1900's with a old case steam tractor and also a gas tractor. Was a fun weekend. Paul

It was a good show this yeat despite the rainy weather. Think I had more fun 4-wheeling in the parking lot trying to get out of the mud. Saw lots of case "cross mount" tractors there- that was neat. Favorite part is the steamers- train and tractors. Unfortunately those are too large for my shop! (unless I build one of those half scale ones!)

Hello,

I went too. Please be realistic though 1500-2000 tractors? Maybe 150-200. The web site said 600 Case tractors attending I doubted it, maybe 75 were there. Good show to attend though. I like seeing the large stationary engines myself. hard to see that kind of stuff without traveling hundreds of miles.

The old tractor expo in Ankeny Ia was the most tractor I've ever seen at one show.

Mark
