How do I tell if my tires are tubed or tubeless?
There is a nut holding the valve stem on the outside of the rim.
The tires are also filled with liquid ballast. I wouldnt imagine someone putting liquid in a tubeles tire as I would think the rim would rot quickly. If these are tubeless, what are the chances of me getting all the water out without dis-assembly? I know my luck, they will leak afterwards, heh
I could probly put rust nhbitor in there just for a good measure i guess.

You definitely have tubed tires. Only tractors made in the last few years have tubeless tires.

Getting ALL the fluid out is next to impossible without pulling the tube out. You can get most of the fluid out by turning the valve stem to the bottom and using a good pump to suck the fluid out. Letting the tractor down on the deflated tire will also help to push more fluid out.
