Well, we gotter back home down here in the Ozarks. Turns out it is a 1964 706 diesel with a D282 engine in it. TA works, shifter is a little hard to get in high and reverse, but a little chat with Allan and I betcha that'll get straightened out. Year Round cab with all good glass. Gonna take that off and sell it to some soul that needs it worse than I do. Stopped at my dad's in southwest Iowa and picked up the prongs that slip into the fast hitch to make a three point out of it. Gonna like thisn a lot I think. Got some pictures here of the little missus and the guys toys I bought the tractor from. After you go to the link, go to the Minn. Pictures. Thanks, Harley

Now Son,

Think we've had this discussion before and obviously ya didn't pay any attention.

Ya gotta remember that you have a certain amount of responsibility concerning the safety of the blood pressure levels of some of us old duffers on here.

Either post a picture of a red tractor or post a picture of the pretty little red head.

But Dang Nabit Harley! Ya just can't go around just willy-Nillie postin' pictures of both at the same time!!! It is a dag-gummed safety issue!

I gotta call ol' Dr. Sloroll and get some stronger medicine. :>)

Allan

Ya RBF that old joker is the guy my wife hires to drive the truck for her. I don't know who he is, but he lets me wear his clothes and drink his Beam and coke so I'm happy. Harley

Harley:

Looks like you got yourself a good tractor. Congrats. If you go up by KC and buy that 560D for parts in the adds, you would have a wide front for it.

Where you are at that cab won't much help will it? You gotta have a cold winter before you can justify those noisy old things.

That 560D in the shed is how I wish mine liooked. Right now its a few miles away, down in Rusty's neighborhood, with a post driver on one end and a digger on the other.

Rob

Ya, when I saw that darlin 560 I told him I had seen that tractor somewhere. He had it on ebay awhile back for $4000.00 and didn't get any interest in it. Pretty sweet tractor I thought. Harley

Oh man, I'd be real serious about wanting that 560 if I had just a little extra cash. Let him know I might be interested toward spring if he still has it. I just love turbos.
