Mornin' All,

I think I'm gonna need to drop in a new rear hydraulic pump on my 966 here before too long. Darned thing is gettin' kinda weak in the knees at idle.

Has anyone here ever put in the 17 gpm pump and is it worth the extra cost?

Thanks,

Allan

The 17 gpm pump will work fine. If you don't need the extra 5 gpm for a loader or some operation needing more oil the 12 gal is fine. Do not recomend the 17 gal for a hydro, creates a back pressure in the oil cooler system.
