I made a really slick setup on my f-20. I took a tow hook like you buy for a truck and made a 1/2" plat for it to bolt to. I then took and unbolted the bottem bolt under the boster between the wheels. On that plate I welded a 1/4" piece of bar stock to keep the plate from turning. I then painted it and you can hardly tell its there. On the rear I made a plate that bolts to to draw bar bolts were it pivots. I welded to that plate some loops that were used to tye equipemnt down that my dad had got. Works really slick and never touch the paint with chains and can remove if I ever want too.

We just use long clevises, with pins through them, and lay the pin in the cultivator mounting slot. Run your chain, or strap, through the clevis, and there you are.

your talking about something to hook to when trailering right? I just have a replacement chain hook painted up in farmall gray on my f-12. I put that into one of the bolt holes on the end of the frame and bind to that.
