touch control valve problem

A few years ago I added a second valve on my 300U and it never did work right. Works find moving the handle forward but off barely works when the handle is pulled back. It never seems to go fully into position and have the feel those valves have when they are working correctly. However sometimes the valve does work correctly. Also my haybine doesn't stay up when hooked to it. The cylinder on the haybine is new and since my 2 pt hitches stays in position I'm assuming that problem is also due to the valve. Is there a rebuild kit available for these valves or is there a certain part I should be looking for that is bad. I've never had one apart before.

Charlie First I would check the couplers to see that thsy are not the cause of it not working both ways. Do not interchange ball couplers with one's with points and stay with same brands, if the spring load of each coupler is not the same when you activate the valve the weak coupler can jam closed. If that does not help the valve can be truned from single to double and if not set right that can make it work as you say. As for leak down not kit for the valve, but you can put on check valve to hold implement up and it will not go down with power.
