Could someone trace a pattern or give me the dimensions to make a tool to adjust the clutch on my 560. it looks like an "S" of sorts. goes in the big hole on top of the PTO housing.

thanks for any info.

Joe

Joe: I saw this last evening, figured you'd have an answer by now. I have one of these somewhere in my possesions, problem is just where as my 560 has been gone for 25 years.

If you don't get a better answer, the factory tool was made out of close to 3/16 by 5/16 stock. Not sure that is exact. I would judge it to be about 12" of stock to begin with.

Since you know the shape, try bending the curves each way over a 8 inch pipe. 8 inch may be a bit too large. It is shaped like a one side chisel on the end going into pto.

I don't think this tool has to be as exact as one might think, as I have done it with a bent screwdriver. In fact if I were making one, I'd be tempted to start with a new screwdriver, as the handle would be much easier on hands than the factory tool. It wasn't perfect.
