On a O or OS-4 with a overcenter hand clutch, can the complete clutch assembly be removed from the bottom without splitting the tractor, or does the tractor have to be split. If the tractor has to be split to remove complete clutch, can just the disc be removed from bottom without splitting as on late M's and SM's?

They come out the top. Remove fuel tank and it will be obvious.

We pulled the clutch out of a I-4 from the top.Should be the same on an 04 I would think.
