Hello I just bought a farmall 140 with a sickle bar hay mower. The problem is the guy could not find the pulley that mounts to the pto, does anyone know what diameter it should be. Thanks for now,,,,

T: I see you don't have an answer yet, I looked last evening, said to myself someone will nail this.

If this is am A-22 mower, I had one of these back in the 1960s. There is also an A-23 mower, basically a highway mower and much heavier. I suspect they both use the same pulley. For me, it's been a lot of years, so my memory is a bit rusty. It has to clear the fender, so I'm thinking 6 to 8 inches. As I recall it cleared the fender by about an inch.

Sorry I could be of more help, I just thought activity breeds activity. These mowers were the same from SA through to 140, so if anyone quotes you a figure for one of the other tractors, it will apply to your 140.
