Henry Forget about all that crap of solvents and fires. If its stuck take it apart. If you have to, knock the sleeves and pistons out together ,and press the pistons out in a press. Then you can see what you'll really need to fix it. It will only take an hour to disassemble the whole engine anyway

Henry, Dismaantale the engine as far as possible as possible, then tear down the underside too.
Remove fuel tank and other combustables from the area.
Roll outside.... pour the #1 cylinder full of DSL then just a splash of gas so it will ignite. Then set on fire, let it burn itself out. Then take a wood block and a 4lb sledge hammer and drive it down / or up to get it to break free.
Then repeat the process on each of the other 3 pistons, one at a time.
The fire will cause the cylinder to expand and the heat will help breakup the rust, and some of the DSL will help provide lube to get it moveing. if one attent doesn't get it done, ....do it again!
Just be safe, keep all combustables away. make sure the flames do not set the barn on fire.
This technique has always worked when done right.
Good Luck,
Later,
John A.

If you are going to rebuid it anyway, take the head off and see what is going on, if it is very stuck it will have to come apart anyway, and if it is not you can still oil, heat, tap and rock it and your maybe only out a head gasket. And if the engine CAN be loosened with a liquid penetrant I think any of the popular anti-corrosion cocktails would work. PBlaster is the only one for stuck parts in my book.

First thing I would do is blow out the PB in my book its not any good for that. Then I would fill the cylinders with tranny fluid and put the plugs back in. If just the tranny fluid doesn't work then in a couple weeks top that off with turpentine, not paint thinner but the true turpentine. If those don't work you will have to open it up and probably use a press or hammer to get them loose
