Have hydraulic assist clutch and hyd. cylinder is leaking(behind left battery case). If I tear apart and rebuild, will I need to adjust clutch, dump valve, etc.

Yesterday I ordered the Chassis service manual and the Engine service manual from this site. If it is in there, hopefully I will receive books first part of next week.

It would be a wise thing to do as the clutch adjusments should be done every soften . Now when doing the rebuild on the clutch assit cyliner myself i like to run a brake hone thru the cylinder to give it a new surface but use fine grit stones . Now when adjuting a hyd. clutch the adjustments are just a bit differant on the free travel set up but the rest if done the way i do them it is the same .

I am going to do it as I do not like that drip. What do you mean a little bit different with the hyd. assist?
For the record I did print and file the detailed step by step that you put on here a couple three months ago. Was it in there?

Now i know i told some one on the step by step on a hyd assist adjustment but don't remember when . When doing the hyd assist you have to adjust the rod in one step and the pedal free play in the other . The transmission brake and dump valve adjustment stays the same. And tryen to find it in the books or i should say in the I T manuals it takes some diggen . If ya need it i'll dig it up and post it i quit tryen to keep all the specs. in my head years ago and that is why i have somany books.
