An experienced body and fender man using the proper tools can make short work of that. I am niether experienced nor do I own the proper tools, so I usually resort to the use of a ball peen hammer and some blocks of wood. This metod usually works, but I still need to use some body filler to get it smooth. I do not recommend using my method, if you get a little overly zealous with the hammer you will quickly make things even worse.
