Hello

does anyone know if there is a overdrive unit small enough that will fit into the torque tube of a farmall super c?

This little tractor is ran quite a bit on the road, and could use a little more speed. (after I find a wide fron end)

if anyone has experience in this please let me know. Ford 8N owners should not have ALL the fun!

none was ever made but you could always make one as there is plenty of room to fit one. Have thought about doing that sometime on a B as the same basic tube is used. Dont need a wide front do do that. Just get the steering fixed on the narrow front. We ran the Hs and Ms in roadgear without wide fronts same a s all the other tractors some went fast like SILVER KING without wide fronts.

I have seen Silver Kings at shows, didn't know that they were fast? I read that Friday tractors were ( are?) quite fast - 40 mph? I have read of overdrive units made up running off the pto? Never seen one. Sound dangerous in a tractor with no real suspension, my H and 300 go faster than I want on gravel roads.
