My 200 started to misfire while mowing. We checked the gas tank for debrie, removed/cleaned the sediment bowl and filter. Raking took patience to get the job done and out of the field, as it seems the misfiring is more frequent. Leaving the field required leaving the choke pulled out and driving in first gear. The spark plugs have been cleaned/replaced. The air intake is clean and oil is clean. Anyone have any input from here?

If you found trash in the gas tank it's very possible some is in your carburetor and your gas line. Need to clean them and blow out the jets.
You may need to soak the carburetor in carburetor cleaner and install a kit. Check the inlet to the carburetor for dirt and a clogged screen.

Having to use the choke is a good indication of
the engine starving for fuel. Hal
