I have a 560D that just recently started spitting coolant out the cap. The tractor has never been hot, and it runs good with no misses that i can tell. Today I change the guage to make sure it wasn't getting hot. After i filled it up with coolant I started it up and ran it almost 5 minutes around a 1100 RPMS it started spraying coolant out the overflow hole under the cap. I ran probaly 15-20 and I noticed it was staying pretty cool like the thermastat was stuck open. I know it wasn't hot cuase i could touch the engine and raditor anwhere. I also notice one of the injectors is moist around it, but this could have been like that awhile. I guess my question is what i should check before i take the head off.

My brother has a 4010 that ran perfectly for many years, then started blowing coolant out the radiator filler. We tried many fixes & finally hit on the solution of using distilled water mixed with the anti-freeze. We now use only distilled water in all of our equiptment & vehicles. Bonus is that there are no more lime deposits or crustacia in the system.

with radiator full, let it idle and check inside radiator for bubbles, this will be a head gasket leaking ,hope its not a cracked head.
