Can someone tell me what the Low tolerence is on the lobe height on the camshaft for a 1941 Farmall H. I am rebuilding the motor to factory specs and want to make sure the cam is not worn out of tolerence. thanks Brad

The lift on a standard H cam is 0.202". Super H had 0.240" After 65 years, how much is too much is up to you. Why not have it regound to stock or SH specs ? Be sure to have the lifters refaced at the same time. It may not matter much, but I would try to keep the lifters in order so they go back in the same hole after grinding.

Cam regrind shops will know that spec easily, If it is better performance needed, use a 350 cam. (or specs) JimN

I am not sure what the heith is without looking at the IT manual, But I think I may be wrong but I think they wear on the sides of the lobe more than the top and its real hard to mike them. JON

I work in a machine shop where I can set the cam up in a lathe and by using an indicator measure the height and sides of each lobe. I glanced through the I&T Manual and did not see the lobe height but did find the journal diameters.
