Ran accross two possible projects..
Late 40's H, straight tin, no smoke, cosmetically needs work, no 3 point,no fenders, mismatched tires, mechanically sound, no tranny noise, no leaks $1500. or a 300, straight tin, tires 50%, mechanically sound, new T/A, cosmetically better, no leaks, no fast hitch or 3 point $2500. Looking to fix up with my son and play on my 20 acres. Prices reasonable? Or suggestions. Both come with free delivery. Thanks for all responces

I agree the price to a buyer is always high, however the 300 is closer to the going rate in many areas, and worth more for a 20 acre tractor to use than the H (though I like Hs) they do not posess the utility of FH live hyd, and Live PTO. The opinion of

I dont know where you live but both sound a little pricey to me. If it was me and you did not want to pull it or anything I would go with the 300, Not enough power for weight to pull them really. Does it have a factory WF? I would offer them 2200 or 2300 cash for it maybe. But the H is off base for what you describing around my area more like $700. low to $1100. high. Just my opinion MM

I agree, they are both priced at about twice where they should be.
