H is free!! now what??

i am addicted to my 47' H i got. man for my first tractor its been a blast. kinda sad: the engine was stuck, and my brother( wght: 289, hgt: 6'5") couldn't free her up w/ hand crank. went& bought Marvel Mystery Super Penetrant/Lube. put in plug holes, got pipe wrench, ran crank handle into pulley. let sit 5 min, and she broke free!!!!! now i took starter off and is @ NAPA getting rebuilt and got operators manual too coming in mail this week. man good week at my house!!!! now what is next, belt pulley is off, and needs rebuilt, any recommendations?? only reason got it is to run Letz hammermill with it. thanks for help

ryan, IMO....being the engine broke free so easly. first do a compression test. first dry, the second wet with oil squirted into each cylinder, if all are fairly even and fairly high, Good!...if fairly low then you are in gray territory on how much to spend on an Overhaul. But first ....
Change oil/filter. Run some DSL through her, before pouring in new oil.
New points, plugs, wires, Dist.Cap,& rotor., New Batt.
If tractor has run in last couple of yrs great (if longer rebuild carb) pour in gas and hit the switch. Check the rearend for water, for now if there is water, just drain it out, and replace it later as time and money permits. Good Luck,
