The big problem is that my corn and soy beans are under water and I still need to spray them, Was going to do it last week but did not feel like it back was bothering me again and I can only do it at night when the wind is calm. MM

Hi Jon, We got 15" in 4 days in June. The total
for June was 21". Never had that much in one month in the last 50 years since I have lived in this county since being discharged from the Army.

We have received 2 to 3" so far this month. Probably will get more today, very hot and humid today. Some of my potatoes were starting to rot, so I dug them. Some of my tomato plants are losing their leaves. Too much water at one time. Hal

Last year we got flooded in Lower Alabama - "L.A." as we call it. This year it has rained once at my place since March 23rd. Most of the corn is all dead. All else is stunted or dying. Major drought here.
Weather is an amazing thing.

You are so right city-boy.

Two days ago I was really worried about drought.

That nite we got 4" of rain. What worries?

Small area that got the big rains though.

IA Gary, you got 4 inches, we got less than 1/2". Not too far away I heard reports of 1 1/2 to 2".

Yes and I feel very lucky as it wasn,t a very large area that received over an inch.

I know what it feels like to be shorted and it ain't no fun.
