Howdy Tom,was wondering how you were coming on the engine for the H.Hope you find everything you need for it.I just bought a good engine for a Farmall A from a tractor a local salvage yard was parting out for a good price and resold it in two days and made 125 dollars on it wasnt trying to get rich.I sold it to a friend of mine for a restoration he is doing. He got it all together back in the winter and fired it up and a wrist pin came out and exploded the cylinder wall and sent the rod through the block. He called me last night after I was in bed and let me listen to it over the phone he was happy as a possum in a gut pile.I will post some pics of the three point hitch I built and some with the seven foot bush hog on the H.All I can figuire is that some of these fellers must have some wore out Hs if they cant mow with a seven foot bush hog. When it gets over 18 or 20 inches tall I have to adjust the rear tires to raise it up some so it can get rid of the grass but then I will wait till it dries real good in the sun for a couple of days and set it lower and mow it all again. If its stuff I mow every week or two I have now problem mowing in 3rd gear with sharp blades.I was considering removing the rear panel so it could get rid of the grass better.Let me know how shes coming along.Hopefully when you one it will look(almost as good as the one I did)hah hah see ya later....RBF

WELL, how am I coming along????

I need to specialize...I got too many project going on at the same time.

1. Doing restoration on a 27 Regular.
2. Building a building for the sawmill that I bought last month.
3. Hunting for parts for the H.
4. Gardening
5. Doing some law cases.
6. Doing a restoration of a stationary IH engine.
(which incidentally is frozen up worse than anything I have ever encountered)
7. About cut my right leg off with the chain saw...and blood flew everywhere because I am taking the blood thinners for heart, took me 2.5 hours to get the bleeding topped...a quart must have drained out.

I NEED A VACATION FROM MY HOBBIES...

and to top it all, the IRS send me a message and wants more information on my 2005 tax return...

Want to know anything else?
