I thought that farmall H sleeves were wet...turned out to be dry.

1. Now I have the Regular Engine out of the cooking vat. I am not sure if the sleeves are wet or dry?

2. The magic rustolium formula 1 gallon black to 1/3 cup of white. The can does not say put it over primer. Looks as if designed to go on bare metal? What is your suggestion and experience with durability?

Farmall H has dry sleeves. Regulars and F20's have wet sleeves. Ed
