Here is what I am going to try on my 300. 4 grade 8 threaded rods 12 or so inches long. Replace engine mouting bolts with the threaded rods. Remove the rest of the engine bolts and any thing crossing at the clutch housing. Chain the rear of the tractor to some thing maybe another tractor. Then use a come along attached to the front of the tractor to pull the 1/2's apart. No spliting stands just the threaded rods supporting the 2 1/2's. this should give enough room to get at the seal/ clutch ect. When done just use nuts on the end of the threaded rod to bring the 2 1/2's together again.
I have used threaded rod to draw the 2 parts togher before and as a guide but never as the support.

Split the tractor, remove clutch and flywheel, drop oil pan, then remove rear main seal retainer from the back of the engine block.

Mine came in gasket set. What a pain to get that thing in there. Almost as bad as the packing in the water pump.
