Just fallow the book on the adjustments and also replace any woren headed pins as that can screw ya up a bit and at times with a lot of ware it becomes a sort of feel adjustment . The big ting is to get the main clutch set with the corret free travel then work from there so that when the pedal is pushed down it pulls of the bellcrak for the T/A throw out bearing and releases it then make sure that the T/A handel is fully releasing the T/A clutch and it is not moving when you push the foot clutch down . After you have done enough of them you get a feel for it But the book helps when you never have done one, but keep in mind that when they wrote the book they were new and nobody ever figured on the ware over the years.
