The valve setting is .014"H, I would set them at .017"C until you get the engine running. The cylinder head torque is 80 ft-lbs. My manual doesn't list the rod torque for the Super C, but does list it for the A, B & C which is rod nuts
locked with cotter pins is 40-45 ft-lbs or if selflocking nuts are used then the torque is 43-49 ft-lbs. Hal
