We know that we are really going to get beat-up for asking this --

We really are Farmall people but we also own a 34 $%^& #@$%# and a 37 &*$^ #*^%.

We are looking for parts for a 1937 Twin City JT -- we already asked on the M&M forum and got very little response.

We are looking for carb. and clutch parts.

thanks
gordon

HI GORDON, I have a neighbor that is a M&M guru he ownes about 10 of them including a UB special that took first place 6 out of 7 times at the first pull two weeks ago. I dont know how old these tractors are you are looking for parts for but if another part would fit he would probly know. He owns mainly 1950 and up year modles of minnies. So if you can be more specific on what I should ask him I will I just dont know the models you have. JON

Rest easy, we won't beat up on you just because you own a MM. I kinda like them myself, just don't own any. Don't give up on the MM board, there are a lot of helpful folks there also, but they don't seem to be as active as the folks on this board. I don't know if I can help, but specifically what parts are you needing? And what make and model of carb is on that tractor?

well that is part of our problem -- we can't read the tag on the carb. to get the part number.

one person replied and said that it was a JE engine.

part of the carb. had been broken and welded back on and the float is collapsed and part of the clutch linkage on the bell housing is broken.

we just thought that with the millions of people that read the IH forum that somebody might have a JT sitting on their fence row.

Don't give up, I don't think I can help you much, but there are a lot of tractor collectors out there who don't spend much time in front of a computer. Someone has those parts you need.
