I was changing the oil in my SMTA yesterday. The first thing out of the plug was antifreeze. The oil didn't look milky. What is the likely cause of this?

Some Super M engines have a freeze plug located behind the front cover. Mine did and had corroded almost away.

Drop the pan and put a a fresh white cardboard under the engine. Maybe some thing will show up. My "H" was doing that and I put down the cardboard and waited, nothing, I got my little light bulb on a wire and looked through the spark plug holes, -- then pressured up the clyinders, found nothing nearly wore out my head srcatching it. finally started in taking the head off and found it (antifreeze) sitting on top of the head, under that was a crack. Got it brazed and back together, now to work it hard and see if it holds. look carefully and systematicaly and you will find it. I'm slow took me all winter.

A bad head gasket
A cracked head
A leaking/cracked sleeve
A cracked block away from the cylinders.

Put a pressure tester on the radiator and pump to 6psi. wait for 2-3 hours, keeping the pressure on a 6psi if it falls off. Pull the spark plugs, and with the switch off, have someone crank it while you look to see if a spray, or any anitfreeze comes out a plug hole. If it does, it is either a head gasket, or a cracked head (probably).
If not, I would pull the pan and look for the leakage with the pressure tester on it. Use a good light, and tract the droplets.
I hope it is a head gasket, Best of luck, JimN
