I have a 300 that is leaking oil on both axles [need new seals here] and it appears to be leaking between trans case and independent pto, how much trouble to pull pto and replace seal? Thanks tor any assistance

The 4 bolts on rear of PTO that use a 3/4 inch wrench to remove is what hold it,but it is sometimes hard to get started out because of tight fit. There's a big O ring that seals it to case. Before removing I would make sure that the seal where the PTO operating shaft passes through PTO case is not the leak.If you remove PTO transmission oil will come out unless front of tractor is a lot lower than rear. The axle seals can be replaced without removing axles. If you have PTO out it would be a good time to check inter axle bearings though. You can see the outside bearings when replacing seals.

Not too big a deal, since you'll have to remove the PTO unit anyway to remove the rear axles.
