There is a single dot on the crack gear and two dots on the cam gear. Is this correct? If so when reinstalled how do you line up the marks? Then how do line up the Mag? Thanx.

Bob

You line up the single punch mark on the crankshaft gear with the single punch mark on the
cam gear. You then line up the double punch marks on the cam gear with the double punch marks on the mag gear. These punch marks on the cam gear are 180 degrees apart. Bob M that post's on here has a picture of the timing gear. He may post it. Hal
PS: You may be able to find the punch marks by counting the teeth. Should have the same number on each side of the marks.

Thanks. I'm sure I'll find all of the marks when I clean them up tonight.
