Hi Cowman. I need help. I have a 48 H and the needle valve went to leaking. Pulled off the bottom of the carb and the old gasket came apart so to get the rest of the gasket apart I needed to pull out the venturi. Well it was stuck tight and when I went try and twist it a little it just fell apart. No one around here has one. This is my mowing tractor and the grass is getting high. It is the H carb with a single float. Smaller than the super H.If you don't have one do you have any ideas where I might get one?

There was a post here by a fellow who said his venturi fell apart also (with a little bit of help) and he reassembled the H carb minus a venturi and ran it with no problem. Might be worth a try just to get you by.

I think Rusty Farmall rebuilds carbs, you might want to try and contact him.

Yes, I do rebuild carbs, but I do not have a spare venturi. I do remember seeing an ad in a magazine awhile back, I think the magazine was Farm Collector, the ad was from Mark's Carburetors. He has brand new venturis for Hs and I think Ms. I do not have any contact information for him.
