I came across a belly/mid mount sickle mower for an H. I have no clue what model number it is. Any guesses? I assume this fit more than one model. It's 7 foot IH. Thanks-Jay

I found it on a 44 H distillate. Was interested in the tractor which was sitting on a fencerow with a couple of trees and a whole bunch of overgrowth. Cut away the brush and there was the mower still attached. Got the tractor and the mower for $150.00. Tractor is basically a parts tractor since the engine is froze and I havene't been able to free it after about 9 months of trying everything.

Any idea where I can get info on that mower? (pics, sales brochures etc)? I've searched the Wisconsin Historical Society and didn't see anything there. I know the basic color scheme with the IH blue but would like to find decals if they exist.

I have serched the world over for one of those you want to part with it? Wanted to put it on a show tractor easy to haul.I think the number would be 110 or 120 from what I have been told

I hope that will be the case. I will jack the tractor up and see if I can hear anything. I just redid the brakes and they were not oily, but I did not remove the backing plates. Will the bull pinion or axle feel loose at all or do the housings support them to well to tell if there is a bad bearing? I will dig into it today and report back, thanks, MIke S.
