One of the two rear hydraulic hoses for the fast hitch on my 330u blew the other day. Do I have to remove the valve to disconnect and reconnect the old and new hose? If so I am going to replace both hoses at this time. What size o-rings do the valves take? What size hose do I get for this? I had a rock rake up on the back and next I knew it it was resting on the ground with hydraulic fluid over everything.

Yea, they both look the same age. I do plan on replacing both.

Well as I remember (that may be a problem though...), when I blew a hydro hose on the 53 SC from the valve to the block (about 3 ft), I took the old one to TSC and found a good replacement already made up. I 'rigged' it and its fine. Been doin' OK for a couple of years now. Check out TSC, they may have a replacement that fits right in. BobG in VA

The same thing happened on a Super C. I made up new hoses in at work and replaced both hoses. Very easy to make your own hoses. Hal

A crows foot wrench (for 3/8" drive tools) will get in there and loosen the hose. If they are the same age, doo both.
