My 806 did similiar, and when I changed the hydraulic oil and filter, it cleared right up. Have you done that lately? I know it's an expensive proposition, but It needs to be done every year or so many hours. (I don't recall off hand, but believe it is every 500 or 1000 or so hours.) Do the steering and brakes work good? the oil flow to the TA is the bypass/excess from the steering on my 806, I'd assume a 1086 is the Same. Just my 2 cents. Andy

Andy you need the same thing as a hyd oil change and filter does not reset adjustments that are needed about every year or so if ya want to keep things working like they should as when a clutch starts to loose it's free travel it affects the trans brake and dump valve and this leads to and earlie T/A failuar and make for hard shifting of the gears so if you are tuggen on her tryen to get it out of gear and waiting for the gears to stop turning to put it in gear then guess what buddy it needs fixen .
