I bought this tractor without any kind of hitch on the back. What is the best/ way to go? Buy a two point hitch and convert to a 3 point(I need a three point as all the implements I have are three point) or find a three point?
I have no idea what the difference is. I gree up with a Ford three point and I don't see where the hydraulics to lift the implement would come from. Will this be part of the two point hitch?
Also what is a good price for something like this?
What other tractors could I get the parts from beside a 300U? How many years of the 300 are interchangeable?
I know of a person willing to sell a two point for $400 but will have to be shipped.
All your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Here are pics of what I have.

The fast hitch (2-pt) for a 300U is not the same as for a 350U. If you want the tractor to be authentic you should have the fast hitch, and then you can add three pt conversion arms which slide into the fast hitch to convert it for use with 3 pt implements. That way you have the best of both worlds. $400 for a complete set up seems like a fair price, if it's in good shape. Good luck with it.

I have no idea what what your experience is but you need to find a 300U/350U that has the original rockshaft setup so you will have an idea what you are taking on.
Check with nearest salvage yard, dealer, or private.
Pictures would help but you cant beat seeing and touching.

Good luck.
