Just finished rebuilding a H this winter but I wanted a set of fenders for it so I found a 46 H without one flake of paint on it but with the fenders that came with it stored in a barn never been on the tractor so I did the only resonable thing I bought the tractor to get the fenders Tractor Is really nice just no paint and stuck engine will have something else to play with for a while.

Fill the cylinders with tranny fluid and walk away from it for a week then fill again. Then give the starter a try. You may find you have another H to fix up. I have an H that sat under and oak tree for 25 plus year and the gas tank was rusted out on the top not the bottom. It was locked up for who knows how long but at this time it purr like a kitten but needs tires
