Can anyone tell me what would be a good source for junk yard parts for an 80 Oldsmobile?

Chases which is located in Camp Douglas, wisconsin. he has cars, trucks, buses, semi's from the 1920's to 2006. you could spend all day there and not see everything. as a side note he has a wrecker which he built himself that can pick up a rail road car and set it back on the track.

Few if any yards will still have one that old. They have long beeen sent to China. About the only way to find those parts would be from some one that has one setting in the woods some place

Most of the good old "junk Yards" are now {Auto Salvage Yards}. I knew of several yards about 10 years ago that had stuff from the late 40s on up! Not no more pookey! jeffcat

Nothing to do with IH -- but you answered your own question. Most decent salvage yards have parts on the shelf. They may be less common for a 26 year old car, but they built a lot of them, most of which are now in "Junk" yards. You just need to look around.

www.car-part.com

The only thing an 80 Olds has in common with an IH,is it uses Delco parts....
but both are pretty much orphans now.
