I was picking up a Super C and some fast hitch equipment today and the owner mentioned that he had a 400 for sale. It showed up a bit later on a trailer because his brother had been out showing it to someone else. It has been completely rebuilt and painted. Wide Front, Fast Hitch, One remote, Engine has 450 sleeves, TA is rebuilt, Good tires but not new. Rims are all good. Sheet metal is perfect.$6000. What do you think?

I have got a 450 with WF, FH and PS for $2500. It is a nice straight old tractor. It needs rears , but it I have a set of 50%, 14.9 x 38's with tubes that go with it. I was thinking about dropping my price to $2400 just to move it. Dead market in Western, Pa. these days.

Rusty is right, $3500 is more like it -- but, it is "worth" whatever the buyer and seller agree on. He could have $4-5000 in it, that doesn't make it worth that much.

He's asking about $2,500 too much.
