My responces have not been getting thru so will try again Make sure on the timming and also at Rated RPMas some are running higher .

Got her. She was set at about 20 deg btc.
Is it normal for the timing mark to jump around a bit. Seemed like it would light at 22 deg then 23 deg then 22 then 23 then 24 with out touching any thing. Its set where 23 is more that 80 percent on.

Hi Kelly,
That timing mark jumping around a bit can be caused by worn distributor shaft bushings. If the shaft can slop around a bit, it allows the dwell to change and the timing to be erratic.
