I know you can buy origional wireing harnesses for farmall H's, but I was wondering if anybody makes a complete harness for converting an H to 12 volts, Also once converted will the origional lights, amp gage, and light switch, work with the 12 volt system and alternator?

I made my own harness. Use Bob M's wiring diagram, buy shrink tubing, solder all your terminals, and you will be happy with the end result. Lights will have to be changed to 12 volt, need a higher capacity amp gauge
(alternator puts out more amp)
Personally, I had my 6 v genny rebuild( $200.00) and used the original 4 position light switch, keeps thing somewhat original, yur choice.....

I agree,

You can build your own harness way faster than the time it takes to run to town to get the fixin's.
