I have a 300 Farmall with a cracked front tire rim 16" .
Only thing I can find to replace it will cost me $125.00 . Is this what I should expect to pay ?
I'm not restoring the tractor , I use it around my 10 acres . Thanks for any help . Carl

You just ain't lookin'... Look for a tractor salvage yard in your area. You should be able to find a used rim, no problem.

That seems a little steep! I have some rims laying around. What is the width? Is it a 6-bolt or is the three loop type?

There has to be a welding shop near you that can fix that up for about $10-$20. If not, look for an implement salvage yard. Measure the center hole and the lug holes and they can match it.
Be creative.

Take the tire off and weld it up, or have it done. If this tractor is a work machine, it wont mind.
