I own a 544 rowcrop deisel. Only complaint i have is shes a cold blooded deisel. The hydro is really nice on a loader tractor. As I have bben told a hydro trannie can be nightmare if not maintained in its past. Mine had 4000 hours on it and the hydro works like new, Allan in Neb had some issues which were solved with patience, dedication, mech skills, and a cheap little o ring, then others have had to resort to rebuild which sound like $5000 for the works. Put the hydro to the test before you buy, drive her up an incline or two, If it has a loader put er in the ground and push at a low to mid Rpm, should kill the engine, other have said stand on the brakes and try to move it also to see if it kill's the motor, Kinda hard with out power brakes. Gas engine do you ussual engine checks to make sure you aint buying a puker.
