1947 AV, rear tires are 9x36, what size should fronts be, wide front ??? On top of governor is a wire terminal, what is this for and how does it wire ??

My Super AV has 19" tires and all AVs and Super AVs are wide front. It would be nice to have a narrow front so two row equipment could be easily used.

Disregard the stupid question about the wire to the governor. After putting on my glasses, I see it is a wire seal for the nut and bolt. S-T-U-P-I-D ???? I guess.
