I am looking for an armature or complete 12 volt starter.
Anyone know who sell's them or current part number's for later model parts?

What they are saying is that starters can't "see" voltage, just amperage.

Just get a regular 6V starter. As long as you don't crank and crank and crank and crank and crank and crank and crank and crank and crank because the tractor won't start, you will never notice the difference. If you have to crank the tractor over for several minutes to get it to start, then fix the problem.

I'm not sure if the starter off a 350 is 12V, but that is probably your best bet.

Not to worry - your old 6 volt starter will live a long and healthy life on 12 volts!

We've got one still going strong on the original starter 30 years after the tractor was changed over 12 volts.

6 V's work OK w/12V battery. We have been using several 6V starters on 12V's for years with no trouble. Don't worry about changing the starter to 12V. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
