I am hoping to put the engine back together on my Super C this week. My question is, will I have to put the sleeves in the freezer before I put them in or will they go in okay without getting them cold? Also, should I put some oil or vaseline on the O-ring at the bottom? Thanks!!

You should use dish deterrgent on the bottom edges of the sleeves. You need to have the block area free of all rust, scale or dirt where those seals are installed for the sleeves. The sleeves are not pressed into the block like the H and the M's. The area at the top of the block
where the top of the sleeve sits needs to be cleaned of any rust or dirt too. You should be able to push the sleeves into place by hand. You may need to make a holddown using a piece of flatstock metal to keep these sleeves from moving
when installing the pistons. The pistons will probably need more effort to install than the sleeves. Hal

I've been told to use dish washing sopa on the o-rings. I will be doing the same sort of thing this week on a tractor I have.

Two items, and no freezing.
Make sure the groove at the top is absolutely clean.
Use new "O"rings and Liquid dish soap to lube them in.
