im going out to look at a 1968 yellow and white cub next week. its in imaculate condition with cultivators, ag tires, turf tires, belly mower and a cord wood saw. he wants to get $4000 for it. i thought it seems like an alright price.
what would this be worth

The prices can be higher due to supply and demand from place to place. Condition then enters in also what else is avail in your area.

Not sure where gene is but I agree with him $4000 is way to much unless it looks new and all the implaments also look and run like new. I looked at one a couple weeks ago and they wanted $2000 for it and it didn't run but had a few implaments with it. We passed on it, would maybe have been worth $500 tops as if sat, carb was missing. You can do better if you just look some more.

Depends greatly on your location. $4000- seems a bit high. Cub, in excellent condition, with belly mower would go for about $2500- in central Missouri.
