I have been working last couple days and not able to get on here but looked back and saw couple posts on my grill question. With it having round stamped holes, may have to go to IH to get new one. Pretty hard to make with machinery I have! Has anyone used something else? What about expanded metal with 1/4 by 5/8 holes. I have that and could make and think it might look pretty good. Any thoughts?

Pardner if you go ahead and work it up, and it looks good to you then go with it. It may not be original but it will be unique. It is your tractor after all and if it makes you happy thats all that counts.. Tallperson

That may be a little big for the holes.
The idea of the screen is any thing that gets thru it will go on thru the radiator.
Go to McMaster Carr on the internet and they smaller holed expanded metal in sheets. Or go to your local weld shop.
You can google search for McMaster Carr.
